Salon Success Academy Students Attend the
Annual ISSE

2_23_all In January, Salon Success Academy students attended the International Salon and Spa Expo Long Beach (ISSE), the biggest beauty and educational expo on the West Coast. Produced by the Professional Beauty Association (PBA), the ISSE event brings passionate professionals together in one place to collaborate and learn from one another. The PBA offers its members education, events, charitable opportunities, and much more. The annual expo features technical instruction, product manufactures, and an opportunity to meet industry professionals.

The event is a popular one because it features the latest professional tools and products, runway shows, competitions, and even educational instruction. And, new events are added each year. Check out all the fun from 2016.

The event welcomes licensed professionals including cosmetologists, nail technicians, estheticians, barbers, salon owners and managers, makeup artists, and massage therapists. It’s also open to top beauty celebrities, educators, students, and instructors. Students at Salon Success Academy met industry professionals including Adi Nujeidat, Kelley Baker, and Guy Tang.
